Did you always struggle with your weight or is it a result of a life event? I’ve always been on the slim side; I’ve never been more than a size 1. ![]() However, after I left university and started work, and settled into a bit more sedentary lifestyle and fast food options, I started to put on a bit of weight going from a size 8 to 1. I saw a picture of myself two years ago and was shocked; I had granny arms and a bulging stomach. I started to need spanx for my dresses. At that point, I embarked on a “say no to spanx” campaign. Some of you may or may not know this about me, but I have struggled with my weight for quite some time.
